We roast your order the day we receive it (Monday–Saturday) and ship within one business day. Most DMV orders arrive in 1–2 days; the rest of the US in 2–5. Local? Pick up in Annandale in about 4 hours.

Whole bean peaks 3–14 days after roasting and stays great for about a month in the sealed bag; ground coffee is best within two weeks. Keep it sealed, cool and out of the light. Skip the freezer.
